Local delivery 7 days a week (Horowhenua) Cut off of 2 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am Saturday and Sunday. Call or text us if you miss the cut off time, we may still be able to help.

Otaki delivery is $15.00 and delivery is Monday to Friday only

North Island delivery overnight delivery order by 10 am $18.00 (Monday delivery is unavailable for the greater North Island

We do not offer rural delivery to North Island addresses including Wellington, Auckland and other towns with the North Island.

Return Policy

Return / Refund Policy: Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to us for [a full refund], [store credit], or [an exchange] within 24 hours of receiving your gift.

If you order a fragile item for out-of-town delivery (Plants and cakes) You will be made aware of the risk involved and if you wish to still go ahead with the delivery we take no responsibility for any damages during transit. If you wish not to go ahead you will be provided with a full refund.
